Rachel Bedford is General Manager at Sway Place.
I have a wealth of experience to share with my team from previous Home Manager roles, and I have been working in the care sector for over 20 years. The team here at Sway Place are passionate and caring, and strive to deliver high standards of personalised care to all our residents, enabling residents to live enriched and purposeful lives in a homely environment. Sway Place is a beautiful home and we look forward to welcoming you.
Sway Place is a stunning purpose-built care home that delivers an exceptional level of care and a luxury lifestyle to all residents. There are separate 'households' in the home and in addition, for those residents who want to live independently, there are cottages within the beautiful grounds where residents can live more independently whilst also enjoying all the benefits and facilities of the main home.
The home offers superb facilities for residents including the Jubilee Restaurant, the Tea Palace, plus The Willow Room - a private dining room which families and friends can book for special occasions, a hair and beauty salon, Ella’s Bar - a bar which is open every day before lunch, activity rooms and several lounges to spend time with family and friends. The home is in a beautiful setting in the village of Sway, with mature landscaped gardens.
The dedicated team provide professional, compassionate care to residents and Sway Place offers a safe, welcoming community.
