Simon Rowland is Care Manager at Caremark (Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Malling).

Simon is the registered Care Manager, overseeing day to day operations. With over 15 years’ experience in the Health and Social care industry, gained in care homes and specialist dementia care facilities, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the role. Simon strongly believes that providing care needs to be a partnership between the carer and the cared, and his passion for his work is reflected in all he does.

Simon is a Dementia Champion and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Social Care. He is also the Winner of the National Great British Care Awards 2018 (Home Care Registered Manager) / Regional Finalist 2019 (Home Care Registered Manager) / Regional Finalist 2021 (Home Care Registered Manager)

Simon is the Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Caremark (TWTM).

Lesley holds qualifications in teaching, is an A1 Assessor and also holds a IOSSH qualification in Health and Safety.
