The vast majority of Lis’s career, spanning over 40 years, has been in Human Resources. Lis commenced her career in the UK, moving into a European role, finishing with a Global remit. During this time, Lis covered all aspects of Human Resources ranging from recruitment, employee motivation and engagement, high potential identification, recognition and reward, leadership development, equality and diversity, and policy development.
