Sue Simpkin is Manager at The Moors Care Centre.

The Moors is a modern purpose built care home located on Harrogate Road on the outskirts of the charming City of Ripon with excellent local transport links with the Wheatsheaf PH Bus Stop being a short stroll from the home with the 36 and 139 buses dropping off at this location.  The home also has an onsite car park for any visitors travelling by car.

On each floor you will find a custom-built dining room, a main lounge and two quiet lounges to enable our residents to relax in an environment that is suitable for their lifestyle.

The Moors also has many excellent facilities such as our café, cinema room, piano room, library, computer room, beauty salon, activities room and a large secure garden which offers a safe environment for residents to relax and enjoy the outdoors.  We pride ourselves on our well-being services at The Moors, which include an excellent dining experience, a wide variety of quality social events and activities and a hairdresser who visits the home weekly.
