Catherine Hellary is Managing Director and Founder at Paragon Home Healthcare Ltd.
Catherine is an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a specialist background in spinal injury, brain injury, and complex homecare. With decades of hands-on clinical and leadership experience, she has built Paragon around a clear set of values: quality, compassion, and respect, with equal focus on client wellbeing and staff support.
Catherine loves what she does and feels privileged to make a positive difference in people’s lives. She believes that the best teams are created in an environment where care staff feel valued and supported. This enables staff to thrive and ensures every client receives the highest standard of care.

Outside of work, Catherine enjoys time with her three children, dog walks, and keeping active.

We provide full day shifts, night shifts, or live-in care (not short visits) for continuity and trusted relationships. Most clients come via personal recommendations thanks to our flexible, personalised approach.
About Us
We’re a nurse-led team supporting adults and young people with complex health needs in their own homes. Based in Richmond, we cover London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, and the surrounding areas.
Paragon was founded by Catherine Hellary, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with decades of clinical and leadership experience in complex care. She started Paragon with one goal: to deliver care that combines quality, compassion, and respect — while valuing both clients and staff equally. This commitment underpins our strong reputation, and most of our work comes through personal recommendations rather than block contracts.

Care can be arranged as day shifts, night shifts, or live-in support, shaped around how you want to live. Rotas are planned in advance, and training is delivered in person using your own equipment, routines, and environment. New staff are closely supervised during early shifts, and we match personalities as well as skills so you feel comfortable from the start. You’ll also meet your team beforehand for peace of mind.
Some clients prefer practical, PA-style assistance, while others need more clinical input and our support is always personalised to your goals.
