Oaklands’ Home Manager will make sure that all Residents receive the kindest possible care. Our extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that your loved one requires. Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and any suggestions from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more enjoyable.

This small, friendly home offers the choice of three sitting rooms, two dining areas and a sunny conservatory, all furnished for maximum comfort. In addition, there is a popular hairdressing salon. Outside, the pretty garden, cared for by some of our Residents, is a favourite location in which to relax or socialise with friends and family. All bright and comfortable bedrooms and living areas are easily accessible by wheelchair. |

The home encourages an atmosphere of fun and inclusion and runs a weekly programme of events, which includes talks and demonstrations from local people willing to share their knowledge and talents. Performers from the area regularly visit and entertain Residents with songs, sketches, singing and dancing, and members of neighbourhood groups, volunteers and other locals often drop in for a cup of tea and a chat. |
