At Wild Acres Care Home, the safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff are our highest priority. Our dedicated team receives comprehensive induction training, regular refresher training, and ongoing professional development in areas including safeguarding, infection prevention and control, moving and handling, medication management, first aid, and dementia care. We carry out regular risk assessments, medication audits, health and safety checks, and quality assurance reviews to ensure we consistently deliver safe, high-quality care. We maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, follow robust infection prevention procedures, and work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure residents receive the best possible care. By continually investing in our staff and reviewing our practices, we provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment where residents and their families can feel confident and reassured. |
