"Hello, I am the Registered Manager for Meadowside care home. At Meadowside care home we provide support to adults aged 65 and over including the provision of high-quality dementia friendly care.
I have recently joined Meadowside and love working here, seeing the difference that we make to our residents’ lives. I am committed to ensuring a high level of service is delivered at Meadowside. I want to ensure that residents have choice and control over their care, with the support of the dedicated staff team who go above and beyond to ensure residents lead happy and fulfilling lives. Located in the heart of North Finchley, Meadowside Care Home offers first class residential care for older people. Our dedicated team provides person centred care to meet the needs of every resident; whether they have mobility issues, are living with dementia, or simply need a helping hand from time-to-time.
Our home provides 24-hour person-centred care, focusing on each individual’s well-being, preferences, and comfort.
Our refurbished 68 bed home offers the highest standard of living, while keeping residents safe and secure.
All our homes come fully-furnished and have en-suite bathrooms and upgraded communication facilities, that includes movement sensors and a new nurse call system.
Situated near Woodside Park station in North Finchley, Meadowside Care Home offers all the benefits of living close to local shops and services, while providing calm and peaceful surroundings for the residents.
Our experienced team of carers and qualified nurses work together to deliver person-centred care that prioritises the unique needs and preferences of each resident.

Prices at Meadowside start from £1,740 per week, depending upon the care needs required. Please speak to our team for more information. Please speak to our team for more information. Respite care is also available for those needing temporary support with prices starting from £2,000 per week.
At Meadowside there is also a Day Centre, open Monday-Friday 11am-4:30pm (10am-6:30pm when including transportation) and costs £83.10 per day. This cost includes VAT but excludes meals and transport, please speak to a member of our team for these additional costs. We close during Bank Holidays. Meadowside Care Home has been refurbished to the highest standard so that residents are happy, comfortable, and, most importantly, safe. The bedrooms have been decorated in a light and airy way, and the en-suite bathrooms have accessible toilet facilities. The innovative design of the home includes dementia-friendly colour schemes, circadian rhythm lighting, and in-built falls sensors in all bedrooms. We also have separate dementia-friendly living rooms complete with sensory equipment and a sensory garden, which are specifically designed for residents with dementia. We have a hairdresser's on site, and a local hairdresser who visits the care home once a fortnight so that residents can always look their best. |
