Vlad Natasa is Manager at Brompton House Care Home.
Located in the pretty Cotswold village of Broadway, Brompton House is a friendly care home with 37 beds and offers residential and nursing care.
With sitting rooms, space for Residents to pursue their hobbies and interests, and a lovely dining room, Brompton House has a host of places in which to relax, dine, exercise, socialise and be creative. The pretty landscaped garden and patio is the perfect spot to spend time with friends and family, and is happily looked after by some of our Residents. The bright, comfortable bedrooms and living areas are all easily accessible by wheelchair.

The safety and wellbeing of our residents is our priority at Brompton House; we've taken significant steps to ensure this. We've developed a robust operational quality management system that defines the way that we work, which is monitored by a Clinical Governance Group and inspected by our own team in Service Quality Inspectors. All homes have an infection control champion. Through a range of feedback mechanisms, we constantly monitor the quality of our services by actively encouraging confidential and open compliments, complaints or concerns from residents, colleagues, relatives and Health and Social Care Professionals; this valuable feedback helps us to evolve our services and shape the way that we work. |

The carers and Residents at Brompton House enjoy playing an important part in their local community. The home encourages an atmosphere of fun and inclusion and runs a weekly programme of events, which includes talks and demonstrations from local people willing to share their knowledge and talents. Performers from the area regularly visit and entertain Residents with songs, sketches, singing and dancing, and members of neighbourhood groups, volunteers and other locals often drop in for a cup of tea and a chat. |
