Adrian Boldog is Home Manager at Scarlet House.
Becoming Home Manager at Scarlet House has been the highlight of my career so far. Before this, I was working as Team Leader. I really wanted an opportunity to progress in my career, and that’s something Care UK has offered.
As Home Manager, it’s important to be caring, compassionate and have a good eye for detail. You also need to have good interpersonal skills and be diligent, hardworking and committed to the home.
I love seeing the residents enjoying activities in the home – it's my favourite part of my working day. I’m proud to work with a fantastic team who make a difference in residents’ day-to-day lives.
Outside of work, I enjoy family life, and my other interests include music and cars.
Scarlet House is an ultra-modern care home, situated in the heart of Stroud, providing high-quality residential, dementia, nursing and respite care. Known as a ‘home for life’, the team can support when a loved one’s needs change through a personalised care plan.
The Stroud care home is comfortable and luxurious, with excellent facilities including a welcoming café, cinema room and pub! From the delicious and nutritious food to the activities on offer, everything at Scarlet House is tailored to residents' interests.
When your loved one joins Scarlet House, they will be able to continue doing all the things they've always done while enjoying a fun and comfortable lifestyle. The team strive to ensure residents get the most out of every day.
