Iwona Szumilas is Manager at St Mary's Residential Care Home.

Since joining the home in March, Iwona has made tremendous impact on the home with the residents at the heart of the decisions being made. Iwona has spent a number of years working in the sector in homes of all sizes, but joined us in 2026 to focus on providing the highest quality of care in a "home away from home".
