We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that we would expect for our own families. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities and seeing them as an individual, and not as a list of care needs. We COVID-19 test our staff weekly using the NHS PCR tests, and lateral Flow tests. We also visit customers and carry out testing as necessary and at their request.

All Live in care staff receive a lateral flow test when returning to an assignment, and then tested weekly as above.
