We have a housekeeping team that keep the building looking immaculately clean throughout and a maintenance team making sure everything is safe and well maintained. A busy laundry team keep on top of the clothes washing.

Our incredible care staff and nursing team see to all of the residents day to day needs, helping with medications, washing and getting residents prepared for the day right through to bed time.

The Wellbeing and Lifestyle team create a weekly programme of activities to keep the residents mentally stimulated and trying their hands at new things as well as arranging entertainers to sing the old classics and get the residents involved.

Our Team
Clare Georgiou and Lauren Digby
Clare Georgiou and Lauren Digby
Lifestyle and Wellbeing co-ordinators

Clare and Lauren very much come as a package, partners in crime, a true double act! They get to know our residents in a different light than other staff and get to enjoy all of the fun parts of the day.

They started out as carers and both used to get told off for taking too long chatting with residents or just making too much tea, due to this, they decided to change their roles to Lifestyle and Wellbeing co-ordinators. In this role they never get in trouble for talking too much, in fact, they are encouraged to do so!

Since their school years, Clare and Lauren have both been complete chatter boxes and this hasn't changed over the years. Every visitor to Baycroft will see, or more likely hear, Clare and Lauren at some stage throughout their visit to the home. Together they have worked in the care industry for over 16 years and both really enjoy making a difference in our residents’ day.
