Sahlee Epi is Home Manager at Farnham Mill Nursing Home.
Hello, my name is Sahlee, I have worked for Woodlands & Hill Brow since 2011 as a Kings Nurse, Deputy and now a Home Manager. My real passion in life is nursing and caring for the elderly and I specialise in complex care needs, palliative care and tissue viability.
It is so important to me that the residents who we care for are happy and comfortable and receive great care and service, so that every day we can help to improve their quality of life.
Farnham Mill is a state of the art, luxury, family-run nursing home in Surrey. We specialise in 24-hour nursing, dementia, respite & rehabilitation and palliative care in premium, spacious surroundings. For over 50 years, we have been committed to the highest standards of compassionate care.
We have a higher than average staff to resident ratio of 1:3 ½, ensuring care is always attentive and personalised. We are proud to have never used agency staff. Residents build trusted relationships with a permanent team of experienced nurses and carers.
The home has 60 luxurious, large ensuite bedrooms and even larger rooms available for couples. There are floor to ceiling windows and elegant lounges. Outside there is a beautifully landscaped garden, large millpond and wildlife meadow. We also have a quiet courtyard garden, all accessed by level flat paths. There is ample space for residents to relax, socialise and enjoy daily life.
We offer a varied programme of daily activities, events and celebrations that enrich everyday life. Residents benefit from weekly personalised physiotherapy sessions, included in our fees – a feature that sets our approach to care apart.
Farnham Mill combines clinical excellence with genuine family values to provide outstanding care in a comfortable, happy home with a luxury feel.
