Residents Liaison Manager

I am so proud to be part of the Woodlands & Hill Brow family.  I have worked in the Care sector for many years, and have been working within Residential Care for 11 years now.   Previously I have been a Senior Care manager and Activity and Volunteer Coordinator before moving onto this role.  I love working in a compassionate, caring environment with such a lovely team who all ensure the best support available is given to all of our Residents.

I absolutely love coming to work and get so much fulfilment from being able to show people around our lovely homes, welcoming them to our warm, caring and stimulating environments.   The biggest pleasure is then being able to welcome families and new Residents into our homes, and ensure a smooth move in process too.   The Residents and people I meet along the way are what makes this role such an enjoyable one, and seeing them flourish in our homes.
