![]() Debbie CampeyRegional DirectorDebbie joined Ideal Carehomes in March 2019, following a care career that spans over 30 years to date. Starting out as a nurse, Debbie gained valuable experience which she was able to draw on once in her post as Home Manager just four years later. Since then, Debbie has managed homes varying in size from 40 to 180 rooms. She has a great understanding of all aspects of care and now in her current role as Regional Director in our West Yorkshire homes, she is passionate about passing on the skills she has learnt along the way. ![]() Sharon TroyHome Manager![]() Colette SeniorLifestyle ManagerColette joined Ashworth Grange in May 2017. She previously worked in the banking industry and decided on a career change after becoming a Dementia Friend a number of years ago. Becoming involved with dementia gave Colette a taste for the care sector and she felt she could really make a difference to our resident’s lives at Ashworth Grange. Colette particularly enjoys arranging activities and events with ideas gained from regular Social Committee Meetings, and seeing residents build their social calendars and friendships once moving to Ashworth Grange is a great triumph for her. |
