Meet The Manager
Louis Capadosa is Manager at Windmill Care Centre.
I began my journey as a dedicated Registered Nurse, where I discovered my passion for delivering exceptional, person-centred care. Through years of hands-on experience and continuous professional development, I strengthened my skills and evolved into a confident, compassionate leader.
Today, as Home Manager at The Windmill Care Centre, I combine my clinical knowledge with strong leadership and management principles to drive innovation, empower my team, and ensure residents remain at the heart of everything we do.
Windmill Care Centre is a purpose built care home which specialises in the provision of the highest standards of nursing care, nursing dementia care and residential dementia care.
There is ample parking and the home is easily accessible by public transport, with a bus stop right outside and all the facilities and shops Slough offers close by.

The home boasts an attractive enclosed garden which is enjoyed all year round but becomes a hub of activity and host to many events during the warmer months. |
