Having worked at Victoria Park for many years, Katie closely shares HC-One’s vision in aiming to provide the kindest care for each and every resident. She extends this caring approach to her colleagues and works closely with them to deliver care and support to residents in a way that they gain the most benefit, in a warm and welcoming home.

Victoria Park’s Home Manager makes sure that all Residents receive the kindest possible care. Our extensively trained team will deliver all the specialist care and support services that your loved one requires. Personalised care plans consider not only medical, personal and dietary needs, but also the individual’s likes and dislikes, religious preferences, and suggestions from family members that might make their stay with us that little bit more enjoyable.

The attractive, enclosed garden at Victoria Park, looked after by some of the Residents, provides the perfect spot for catching up with friends and family. A popular hairdressing salon is available for Residents’ convenience and enjoyment. |

The home encourages an atmosphere of fun and inclusion and runs a weekly programme of events, which includes talks and demonstrations from local people willing to share their knowledge and talents. Performers from the area regularly visit and entertain Residents with songs, sketches, singing and dancing, and members of neighbourhood groups, volunteers and other locals often drop in for a cup of tea and a chat. |
