Debbie Dale is Manager at Town Thorns Care Centre.
I’m proud to be the Manager of Town Thorns. I bring with me over 20 years of experience in the care sector, working across various roles that have deepened my understanding and commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to supporting individuals with dignity, compassion, and respect. My journey in care has taught me the importance of building strong relationships not just with residents, but also with their families and the wider community. As a manager, my focus is on creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and heard.
I’m passionate about leading a team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives every day. At Town Thorns, we strive to promote independence, well-being, and the highest standards of care.
Situated within 25 acres of stunning landscaped grounds, Town Thorns is a purpose-built care home with a long-established reputation for providing excellent care. On top of these strong foundations, we have built an amazing team of kind and dedicated carers who have a passion for helping people.
With a focus on dignity, independence, and choice, our mission – as part of the Capital Care Group – remains the same: to make a positive difference to people’s lives.

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
