Meet The Manager

Debbie Dale is Manager at Town Thorns Care Centre.

I’m proud to be the Manager of Town Thorns. I bring with me over 20 years of experience in the care sector, working across various roles that have deepened my understanding and commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to supporting individuals with dignity, compassion, and respect. My journey in care has taught me the importance of building strong relationships not just with residents, but also with their families and the wider community. As a manager, my focus is on creating a safe, welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

I’m passionate about leading a team that truly makes a difference in people’s lives every day. At Town Thorns, we strive to promote independence, well-being, and the highest standards of care.

safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
