Denise Jones is Registered Manager at Portland House Nursing Home.
"I’ve been the Portland House Nursing Home registered manager since 2014. I have been a qualified nurse for 40 years and specialised in nursing older people for 31 years. My role entails ensuring the delivery of person-centred care and leading my team. I operate an open-door policy and communicate well with staff, residents, and relatives."

We are a care home and not a hospital or institution.
