Tracey Bowen is Manager at Estuary View.

Tracie has over 30 years of experience in care and has been with Centrum Care Homes for nearly 15 years, progressing from night carer to team lead, Deputy, and now Manager. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is dedicated to supporting both residents and staff, helping teams grow, develop, and thrive.

Tracie creates a nurturing, respectful environment where residents feel valued and supported. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring care is delivered safely and effectively while maintaining strong relationships with families and professionals.

Outside work, Tracie enjoys walking on the moors, swimming, and spending quality time with family and friends, embracing laughter, good food, and a touch of friendly chaos.
