Tracey Bowen is Manager at Estuary View.
Tracie has over 30 years of experience in care and has been with Centrum Care Homes for nearly 15 years, progressing from night carer to team lead, Deputy, and now Manager. She is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and is dedicated to supporting both residents and staff, helping teams grow, develop, and thrive.
Tracie creates a nurturing, respectful environment where residents feel valued and supported. She oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring care is delivered safely and effectively while maintaining strong relationships with families and professionals.
Outside work, Tracie enjoys walking on the moors, swimming, and spending quality time with family and friends, embracing laughter, good food, and a touch of friendly chaos.
Nestled in the picturesque village of Bishopsteignton, Estuary View Care Home offers high-quality residential and dementia care with breathtaking views of the River Teign. Formerly known as Moors Park, our newly rebranded home is now part of the Centrum Care Homes family, bringing with it our commitment to excellence, compassion, and community.
