Lisa Sutton is Registered Manager at Mile Oak Rest Home.
With over 25 years of experience in care, I have proudly spent the last 13 years at Mile Oak, where I lead a dedicated team of carers. I hold many accreditations, including my NVQ Level 4 and the Registered Managers Award.
At Mile Oak, we believe that person-centred care is the foundation of providing the highest standard of care. My team treats every resident with dignity and respect, encouraging their independence and honouring their personal preferences and choices. We are committed to creating a warm and supportive environment for everyone in our care.
With over 25 years of experience, our boutique care home in Wimborne is rated ‘Outstanding’ in caring and ‘Good’ overall by the Care Quality Commission. We offer compassionate, personalised care in a warm environment, with 20 ensuite rooms providing comfort and privacy for each resident.
