Meadows Court Care Home provide residential care for up to 60 older people (male and female) with increasing mental and physical frailty and varying mental and physical disabilities.

Staff are on hand 24 hours a day to provide care and support. We are committed to achieving the highest standards of professional care and service at all levels.
