Is a substantial Victorian semi-detached property over four floors, two of which contain the resident’s accommodation.The spacious and inviting accommodation is well presented throughout creating a warm environment. The property continues to be updated, yet still retains its original charm and character.

The versatile accommodation comprises a welcoming reception hallway, two resident’s lounges, a dining room, a 5-star food hygiene-rated kitchen, ample storage, office accommodation on the upper floor, and laundry facilities in the basement.

There are 12 single bedrooms and 4 shared bedrooms located across both the ground and first floors of the property. The bedrooms located on the first floor can be accessed via a passenger lift. There are adequate residents’ bathroom and toilet facilities.

Our bedrooms are beautifully decorated, we encourage our residents to bring familiar items to give their room the homely touch.
