Meet The Manager

Caroline Sears is Care Home Manager at Knowle Park.

I have the responsibility of overseeing and supporting the team to ensure the home runs in the best way possible to achieve outstanding customer service and quality of care. My role as Home Manager also involves supporting our residents and their relatives, which is one of the main reasons I love my work.

Located in a quiet residential area of Cranleigh, Knowle Park provides round the clock residential, dementia and nursing care on a permanent and respite basis, as well as compassionate end of life care.

Residents at the Surrey care home can enjoy quality, recently refurbished facilities including beautifully designed communal areas, a café and a hair salon. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated, and the stunning gardens look out at the Surrey Hills.

Knowle Park is within easy reach of both Guildford and Horsham. Thanks to the dedicated lifestyle team, there is always something to look forward to with a schedule of regular activities and outings in the home’s own minibus.

Autumna has invited care providers to evidence the infection control measures they are carrying out, above and beyond those laid out by the government, in order to keep residents, staff and visitors safe.

What we're doing to keep residents & visitors safe

We are working within the government guidelines to help protect our staff and clients.

Infection Control Initiatives in place
safe-tick Independent Assessments We have been independently assessed in our approach to infection control.
safe-tick Infection Control Training Our staff are trained to use measures which prevent and control infections.
safe-tick Sterilisation & Disinfection Devices We are using sterilisation and/or disinfection devices within our care setting.
safe-tick Virus Testing We are testing for viral infection when symptoms present within our care setting.
Connectivity for resident testing, monitoring & communications

Infection control and the safety of both residents and staff often requires quarantine measures and the isolation of care home residents. To test, monitor and allow residents to communicate with relatives, the prevalence of room-level connectivity within the home is becoming increasingly relevant.
