Thomas Bowman
Deputy Manager

I started my career in care working for Age UK, working within several community centres around the Fylde coast. It was here where I knew this was the right career path for me.

After 3 years with age UK which is such an inspiring charity to work for I decided to take a position with another care provider, to gain more experience working with young people in a more challenging aspect of care, working my way up to Senior Supervisor.

Using my experience I’ve gained since starting my career in care and also wanting to gain even more out of health care I’ve joined you guys at Alcedo Care as care coordinator and then promoted to deputy manager.
