Meet The Manager

Beverley Anderson is Home Manager at Hill Brow Residential Care Home.

I joined the company in 2014 with a level 5 Qualification in Health and Social Care. I am proud to work in a really special place with such lovely people - residents and staff and I am especially proud we achieved a rating of Outstanding by CQC in 2018.

My passion is caring for the elderly. I believe everyone should receive compassion and outstanding care in their later years and that this can be achieved with well trained and good staff working in partnership with our residents and their families and other Health Care Specialists and Professionals.

Beverley Anderson

With over 50 years expertise in compassionate care, led by 3 generations of the Lee family, Hill Brow is a friendly, family-run care home which is rated Outstanding by CQC.

The purpose-designed home has 29 beautiful, bespoke ensuite bedrooms. Ground floor rooms have patio doors, and all bedrooms have views over landscaped, colourful gardens and pond.

Our experienced, dedicated team delivers personalised 24-hour residential care. We do not use agency staff, ensuring continuity of care for residents and their families.

Every member of our staff shares our Sunflower Approach to care: Loyalty, Adoration and Longevity. This is our unique, person-centred care ethos designed to deliver compassionate care for every resident’s needs.

Hill Brow offers a happy, personal, homely atmosphere; the owners and staff build close bonds with residents.

For more than five decades, families in Hampshire and Surrey have trusted Hill Brow to provide outstanding, personalised care that only a long-established family-run home can offer.

At Hill Brow our residents are supported to live full, active and happy lives at our home. Residents are also welcome to join in activities at our sister home next door, Hill House, where they regularly join in other activities if they wish.

We have a full-time activities coordinator, and the team provide a varied and interesting programme of activities 7 days a week. The lively activities reflect a variety of interests and are suitable for the full breadth of our resident’s individual needs.
Weekly favourites include visits from Tinkerbell our pet therapy dog, fun group physio, arts and crafts, live music and entertainment, as well as regular trips out.

We also love hosting events and celebrations and are well known for our fantastic summer BBQS, afternoon teas and birthday celebrations. It is all about creating a sense of community and joy in the home. We also benefit from being next door to our sister home Hill House,
