When a new resident arrives they’ll be met by their key carer, who’ll give them a guided tour of their new home. They’ll also tell them about meal times, activities and introduce them to some of the other residents and members of staff.

When a new resident joins us, we make getting to know them and their relatives a top priority. This helps us to build a picture of how they’d like to be supported day-to-day, so we can create a personalised care plan.

The Importance Of Meal Times

Mealtimes are an important part of daily life in our homes. Our chefs carefully select a different menu for each day of the week, making sure our residents enjoy a variety of our home cooked dishes.

Activities Are So Important

We have a wide selection of movies for our residents to watch.

Stay in touch with friends and relatives wherever they are by using the latest technology and joining up on social media.

Our large gardens are especially tranquil because they back onto a small area of woodlands. Within the walled space, residents can stroll along the paths, rest under the pergola, or catch-up with loved ones on the patio.

There’s no typical day at Hill House, but we arrange plenty to do, both here at the home as well as out and about.

See the sights and sounds of the capital on regular visits

Being so close to London, residents can spend time visiting its many attractions such as the tower of London, and its many theatres.

We regularly head to the local cinema and theatres to view the latest performances of big name productions.

Reignite old hobbies or start whole new ones

We support residents in continuing hobbies both old and new in whatever way possible.
