Abbey Dean Care Home offers a high standard of tastefully designed individual rooms in an elegant and homely setting. Our rooms are available for ages 65 and above as a permanent home or for short-term respite care, depending on availability.

Activities Are So Important

Activities are given a high priority at Abbey Dean. A holistic approach is taken to ensure our residents enjoy the best possible quality of life. All staff are involved in many of the activities through planning and participation.

We invite talented entertainers to the home on a monthly basis.

We also have regular visits from Emma, who leads sessions of armchair fitness which is a favorite among the residents.

Mark our head chef also puts on regular cooking activities for all the residents. Some of the recent hits have been making cookies, cup cakes, baking bread and making jams.
