Lacey Thomas is Registered Manager at Guild Care Home Care.
I’m proud to lead Guild Care’s Home Care service. I’ve worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years and have a real passion for helping people live independently in their own homes.
After moving from Wales in 2017, I was lucky to find this wonderful charity and quickly knew it was where I wanted to be. I spent three years as Registered Manager before stepping into my current role as Head of Home Care.
We’re proud to offer a service that’s not only high quality but also genuinely caring. I’m supported by an experienced and dedicated team who go the extra mile every day. With a strong understanding of CQC standards and a shared commitment to person-centred care, we’re here to make a real difference to the lives of the people we support.
At Guild Care, our Home Care service is designed to meet the unique support needs of older people and vulnerable adults in Worthing and nearby areas. Home care helps people to live independently while staying safe and comfortable in their own homes.
We offer flexible support tailored to you, which can include help with medication and personal care, companionship, wellbeing checks. We also offer respite care if a regular carer needs to take a break.
We can assist with household duties, shopping and meal preparation, and escorting you to medical or social appointments. Additional services may be available upon request, including support at night and live-in care – please contact the team to enquire.
