Meet The Manager

Helen Jones is Care Home Manager at Grove Court.

Having managed Grove Court for over 4 years I am incredibly proud of the difference we make to the lives of our residents and families.

I have worked as a Registered Nurse in various roles during my career but it was my experiences as a District Nurse that really formed my understanding of how to help people maintain their choices and make growing older a positive experience. I have also worked in the pharmaceutical industry where the importance of team work, good communication and a drive to succeed have helped me to become a strong and empowering leader.

I have built a fantastic team at Grove Court and together we have established a person-centred culture that consistently delivers high quality care and builds trust with our families.

My job is a privileged one. I get know some of the most interesting and wonderful people with a wealth of life lived and stories to share, often over a nice glass of wine, in a true home from home… What could be better?
