Meet The Manager

Steve Fullick is Care Home Manager at Eversfield.

Steve has worked in Health & Social Care for over 20 years, having experience both in hands on care as well as senior care management and strategy roles in the NHS, private and charity sectors.  

Steve qualified as a registered Social Worker from Goldsmiths University with a BA (Hons) in social work in 2010 and has also completed his Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care Management. Steve has formed strong relationships with commissioners and other professionals to obtain access to specialist support for individuals where required. Steve has a passion for promoting and retaining independence, and putting individuals at the heart of their care.

Steve has worked with individuals with diverse needs including epilepsy, learning disabilities, mental health and physical disabilities and brings all of his skills and experience to the role of General Manager at Eversfield.

Eversfield is a handsome Victorian mansion in a leafy suburban street, just a short distance from the centre of Reigate and offers a home from home for discerning guests who appreciate the comfort, quality and exceptional care that we offer.

Eversfield’s 35 rooms are generously proportioned with en suite facilities and offer personal care on a respite or longer term basis. Some rooms have French doors leading onto the garden or courtyards. The garden has been specially designed and is fully accessible by wheelchair.

From award-winning restaurant style dining to industry-leading social engagement, Eversfield provides the highest level of service and facilities.

Each person is individually assessed regarding their care need and the fee is set with the General Manager based on that assessment and the room chosen. Fees are reviewed annually.

The Importance Of Meal Times

We employ Hotel Service Managers, Chefs and Food Service Assistants, all of whom are encouraged to develop their skills to deliver the very best in food service. All of our menus are created daily on the premises with fresh quality ingredients for a very selective and appreciative clientele. There are also frequent opportunities to create fabulous celebration menus for larger social events for our residents and their guests.

Activities Are So Important

Our social engagement leaders support all staff and Friends of Eversfield in liaising with residents to establish their interests in order to develop personal engagement opportunities in addition to a wide variety of entertainment and outings. There is a continuous programme of events, including a gentle fitness exercise programme and our social calendar is focused on encouraging mental alertness, self-esteem and social interaction.
