Spring signs later life partnership with Autumna

National home buying and part exchange service Spring has joined forces with Autumna to remove one of the biggest hurdles people face moving to a retirement or care property.

From May 2022, Autumna, the UK's largest and most comprehensive later-life living & elderly care directory, will offer Spring’s guaranteed sale service to prospective movers, allowing a quick, stress-free onwards move.

In as little as seven days or on a date of their choice, the sale of a home can be agreed without the risk of complex property chains collapsing or uncertainty of the open market.
