Here’s how the Autumna referral process works

When you’re unable to help a potential resident you refer them to Autumna for free, independent advice. They’ll be appointed an expert who can help find them the specific type of care they need, in their area, within their budget.

Either:

  1. Ask their permission and if they’re happy, email [email protected] with their email and telephone number.
  2. Give the person searching for care Autumna's contact details to get in touch directly. Our number is 01892 335 330 and our email is as above.

Update your profile so potential residents know if you’re a match

Finding and arranging the right type of care can be confusing and when the care is required urgently, it’s important that it can be found quickly. When you switch to an Autumna premium profile, you’re making it easier for people searching for care services to find what they need.

They’ll be able to see your availability, your team and importantly, the services and specialities that you provide.

Upgrade to a premium profile

Autumna rates your service by how open its ‘virtual’ windows and doors are. The more transparency through information, the better you’ll rank in our search portal.

A premium profile allows you to upload videos, virtual tours and add up to 300 searchable fields.

You can also include useful information such as:

  • Staff profiles
  • Multiple images
  • Whether your home has a S.A.F.E accreditation
  • Whether virtual visits are possible and bookable through your website
  • Links to your social media

We’ll even build your premium profile for you, although we’ve purposely made it easy for premium members to edit and upload new information as and when they need to.
