Tiddington Court is the pioneering development that began the success of Retirement Security, standing proudly as our first Court since 1984.

Located in the famous Shakespeare’s Stratford-Upon-Avon, Tiddington Court is nestled just 2 miles down the road in the village of Tiddington. Here, you will find 30 unique apartments and 12 cozy bungalows, with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms available. Tiddington Court is a community-driven environment, and Owners are encouraged to relax in the Owners lounge – a sociable and warming space that hosts a variety of entertainment, like daily tea and coffee afternoons, and popular games such as Rummikub, beetle drive and Newmarket. A library van visits regularly for any avid readers who like to enjoy a good book. The Owners dining room is an inviting place where you can enjoy warm meals prepared by an in-house catering team, as well as themed meal nights which are always popular!

The communal gardens are a great space to relax and catch up with friendly faces and support the Gardeners by getting involved with upkeeping the beautiful grounds. Each dwelling receives a weekly 90-minute cleaning by the housekeeping assistants, who also look after all the internal shared spaces of the Court. Find comfort and reassurance in Tiddington Court’s 24 hour on-site staff: an incredible team of reliable, familiar faces who are always there to support you. This community offers Owners the freedom to come and go as they please, with a constant buzz of activity ensuring there’s always something happening. There is a social calendar posted every month with the upcoming months events on.

Tiddington is an idyllic village running alongside the renowned river Avon, and just 2 miles from the historic town of Stratford-upon-Avon. The village offers a selection of leisure and essential amenities that are easily reachable from Tiddington Court. The SPAR convenience shop and post office are just down the road and situated next to them is the 4-star pub and restaurant, The Crown. Choose from multiple restaurants and takeaway spots along the high street or hop on the local bus right outside our door into Stratford and explore its bustling scenes. This renowned town boasts a wide variety of entertainment: the iconic RSC Theatre is home to superb productions, both modern and classic, and the weekly markets provide vivid and diverse stalls for you to explore. There are also multiple essential amenities for you to utilize, including a train station in Stratford town, a bus stop conveniently located on the side of the Court, and an abundance of supermarkets including M&S, Tesco, Waitrose and Aldi. The busses take you to a variety of places, such as Stratford town centre, Wellesbourne, Warwick and Leamington Spa. Tiddington Court supports the use of a voluntary driver company ‘VASA’: once you register with them, they provide transport to any appointments you may have for a small fee, and all drivers are fully DBS checked.

We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these. We do not charge ground rents. Further information is available from the resales team and the Court Manager.
