The Owners dining room provides daily fresh meals, and on Wednesdays and Thursdays, you can choose a meal from our favorite local spot, O’Neills, and have it delivered directly to the Court! The Owners lounge is a comfortable space where you can catch up with familiar faces over morning coffee and afternoon tea. Take part in the lively social schedule on offer at Pinner Court, from keep fit classes, film nights, and musical entertainment, to arts, crafts and a variety of games in the hobbies room. 

The Court is bordered by lush lawns that are dotted with vibrant flowers, planters and trees that you can enjoy all year round. These communal spaces are upkept by a dedicated team of housekeeping assistants and gardeners, who strive to always keep your Court looking pristine. An incredible team of 24 hour on-site staff are a trustworthy group who are always available to help and reassure you in any way possible. This includes a Court Manager who is responsible for overseeing the entire Court, and 5 Duty Managers who work closely with the Manager, providing extra support to yourself and the team.

Pinner Court is conveniently located next to a bustling high street of shops and cafes for you to indulge in, with supermarkets such as Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and M&S being close by for anything you need. You are also surrounded by easily accessible bus stops that provide routes into the heart of the City. Visit the iconic Birmingham Bullring shopping centre, and stroll around the vast selection of shops and restaurants it hosts. Make unforgettable family memories at the renowned Cadbury World or take a relaxing stroll around the Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery and explore its broad selection of displays. We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these. We do not charge ground rents. Further information is available from the resales team and the Court Manager.
