Life at Osborne Court is designed with ease, and Owners are encouraged to use the designated Owners lounge and restaurant, both located in the Lockwood Lodge: their open plan design creates a wonderful light and airy flow between the two elegant spaces and is the perfect place for you to catch up with familiar faces over a tea or coffee. The Port Sunlight Museum is an award-winning development that gives an enlightening history about the creation of the village, and the Lady Lever Art Gallery is a spectacular structure, home to some of the UK’s finest collections of fine and decorative art. Bebington train station is just up the road, offering direct routes into the heart of Liverpool and providing easy transport links for yourself and any visitors you may have. We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
