This community has a secure car park and pedestrian gate which is closed every night and allows Owners to come and go freely. All ground floor apartments have their own front door which opens onto the village roads. It is run by its own management company and has a trustworthy team of 24 hour on-site staff who are always available to help and reassure you with anything you need.

Life at Osborne Court is designed with ease, and Owners are encouraged to use the designated Owners lounge and restaurant, both located in the Lockwood Lodge: their open plan design creates a wonderful light and airy flow between the two elegant spaces and is the perfect place for you to catch up with familiar faces over a tea or coffee. We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
