The handcrafted collection of three-bedroom cottages offer traditional charm and character. Traditionally built using local Cotswold limestone from the Fish Hill quarry at Broadway, the two and three-bedroom cottages offer the warmth and space of a classic family home with modern comforts. The cottages are set within the Abbotswood inspired formal gardens with spectacular countryside views beyond.

Fees and charges: Our Management Service Charge is designed to ensure that life at Newlands remains comfortable, secure and worry-free. 
The charge is collected monthly and is based on actual costs. It is reviewed annually and adjusted on 1 September in line with actual costs.
Ground rent is reviewed every five years in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI). No ground rent is paid on the two freehold properties.
An Assisted Living Service Fee, if applicable supports the availability of assisted living services, tailored to individual needs, this service is subject to a need’s agreement.
