There is a social committee who work hard to curate a lively programme of quizzes, talks and singalongs, as well as organising six evening meals per year, each themed around the time of year, such has Halloween or Christmas! Dedicated housekeeping assistants complete a detailed 90 minute weekly cleaning of your dwelling, giving you time to do more of what you love! This team are also responsible for upkeeping all communal areas, whilst gardeners and green-fingered Owners are encouraged to look after the outdoor spaces.

We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
