She then proceeded to become a qualified mental health nurse with management experience as a clinical lead nurse within the NHS inpatient settings. Charity Nguruve has a qualification in mental health nursing (BSc Hons) and has attained enormous experience at a management level.

Charity has worked extensively with people with different mental health diagnoses, autism, learning disabilities, people with behaviour that challenges and the elderly diagnosed with dementia. She’s worked in Psychiatric intensive care units, acute mental health services, and community settings.
