Charity Nguruve is Manager at Lymlight Healthcare Solutions Ltd.
The Registered manager is Charity Nguruve who has worked in health and social care industry for many years. She then proceeded to become a qualified mental health nurse with management experience as a clinical lead nurse within the NHS inpatient settings. Charity Nguruve has a qualification in mental health nursing (BSc Hons) and has attained enormous experience at a management level.
Charity has worked extensively with people with different mental health diagnoses, autism, learning disabilities, people with behaviour that challenges and the elderly diagnosed with dementia. She’s worked in Psychiatric intensive care units, acute mental health services, and community settings.
