Meet The Manager

Moira Roberts is Home Manager at Hillview Care Home.

I have dedicated over 20 years to working in care homes, beginning my career as a Care Assistant and progressing to Home Manager. After completing my Nursing degree in 2006, I gained extensive experience in Severe and Enduring Mental Illness wards, addictions services, and acute psychiatry. I have also undertaken further university-level study in Palliative and End of Life Care, Alcohol, Drugs and Addiction, and Mentorship.

Before moving into care homes, I spent 10 years as a Support Worker for young adults with physical disabilities. These experiences have given me a broad understanding of complex care needs and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
