Fullerton Court is a retirement property of 38 apartments in the popular London suburb of Teddington, in the borough of Richmond upon Thames. It overlooks Udney Park Playing Fields and is only a five-minute walk from the thriving high street.

Each apartment is designed for ease of use and mobility, with safety pull cords installed in every room that are guaranteed to alert the 24-hour on-site staff immediately in an emergency. The Court is staffed by a manager, four duty managers, and a team of housekeeping assistants who provide one and a half hours of domestic help each week to every apartment, as well as maintaining the communal areas. There is a laundry service, and a freshly prepared 3-course lunch available daily in the dining room at cost, cooked by a dedicated in-house catering team. The large, comfortable Owners lounge is the social hub, hosting a variety of entertainments including coffee mornings, afternoon teas, keep fit classes and a Friday happy hour, while the hobbies room is an alternative venue for smaller meetings, including U3A groups.

There is a guest suite offering visitors an overnight stay, a spacious car park for Owners and visitors, gardens with seating in both sunny and shady areas and views over the playing fields.   

As in all Retirement Security developments, Owners at Fullerton Court have a share in the Management Company and elect a Board of Directors to represent them in the running of the Court.   This gives them a real voice in its management, and a level of self-determination not often found in other retirement complexes.

We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
