We work with the local health board to ensure we are up to date with the guidelines of COVID 19 guidance. CIW check our home to maintain a high standard of care within the home. Crick Care Home will continuously look to improve the quality of resident and stakeholder experience. Complaints and suggestions help us. They make us aware of issues people encounter whilst accessing our service. We are always keen to listen and act if complaints arise. We will investigate, address, and resolve each complaint within agreed timescales. We will always use feedback to improve service quality and delivery. We offer a range of facilities for people to use, and we also feature beautiful gardens which our residents can access at all times, with support from our care staff. The garden has flower beds where our residents can do some gardening. There is also a summer house where the residents can enjoy views of the garden. |

We have 16 bedrooms which have washing facilities and 31 which have en-suite facilities. All rooms have a view of the well-manicured gardens. Those on the ground floor have views of the surrounding countryside. Rooms are decorated to a high standard. Residents are welcome to add their own personal touches. |
