Since she established Cherry Sprouts Ltd in 2022, Charity has led our team with a strong commitment to person-centred support, safeguarding, and high standards of care.
Charity is passionate about empowering individuals to live independently at home with dignity, choice, and control.
Charity oversees the day-to-day operations of our care services, including, supervision, quality assurance, and liaison with families and external professionals. She works closely with the HR Manager and ensures our services meet and exceed the expectations of the people we support.
Her leadership style is inclusive and compassionate, and she is known for building strong relationships with clients, families, and care teams alike. Charity is also trained in dementia care, end-of-life support, epilepsy and complex needs management.
Cherry Sprouts Care is an independent care company, providing At-Home Domiciliary Care and Supported Living in Berkshire and the surrounding area. We are a family-run local care and support provider based in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
