We’ve categorised retirement properties as one of the following:
Retirement Village: A mid-to-large development of self-contained homes served by a range of onsite facilities and private grounds.
Retirement Community: A smaller community of self-contained homes with some shared facilities.
Retirement Housing: Individual self-contained living spaces specifically designed for people of retirement age with shared facilities.

Every aspect of day to day living has been carefully considered and catered for, with raised-height electrical sockets and slip resistant flooring in the bathroom and kitchen. An hour of domestic assistance is included in the service charge and extra hours are available on request for an additional charge.
