To help support your wellbeing in Bridge Park, we have provided a gym that is equipped with machines that are specifically engineered for older people. This environment is designed to be calming, relaxing and not at all intimidating, so that you feel comfortable at all times.

Our hairdresser and beautician visit our salon regularly for those who wish to avail themselves of such services. Treatments are provided in a warm, friendly environment and by safe, reassuring and therapeutic hands.

Exercise classes are plentiful, led by professionals, they are designed to maintain core strength and keep you supple, these are available to Bridge Park residents in the Bridge Court complex; Tai Chi and other relaxation classes are also offered along with creative and crafting activities, not only beneficial, they also make for a great social occasion.

The Apple Tree Garden has also been recently introduced; this is a space dedicated to residents in Bridge Park and is a popular place where social evening drinks are served.
