Set among the grounds of the stunning 315 acre-estate of the Oakley Hall Hotel and Oakley Lodge Care Home, Bramston Park Retirement Village will offer a brand new collection of 150 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, as well as two and three bedroom bungalows.
At Rangeford Villages, our homes are much more than high-quality fixtures and fittings. They are a place of your own where you can live your life knowing personal care and support is available if needed. If you need a little extra support to make the most of life, our village-based CQC-registered Rangeford Care team, plus Village Services and Housekeeping support teams are available to help. Whether that is with laundry and ironing, arranging appointments and transport, or if you need support with personal care, we can tailor a plan just for you and your individual needs.

Bramston Park will have a restaurant, bar and coffee shop with an outdoor terrace, a hair and beauty salon, treatment rooms, members' lounge, and activity spaces. All this will be set in 12 acres of highly attractive landscaped grounds with numerous outdoor spaces to enjoy including a village green with croquet lawn and boule court, walking routes, raised beds, a kitchen garden and more. All delivered and maintained by Rangeford’s award-winning landscapes team.
