Description

At Berkeley Home Health we employ and manage our own live in carers, unlike many other agencies who simply introduce carers to clients. Our dedicated recruitment team ensures that our carer’s journey is personal and thorough from start to finish. All candidates are carefully selected and trained to the highest standard. This means clients can rest assured that our live-in care service is provided by focussed and committed staff of the uppermost integrity.

The Berkeley training programme develops a team of live-in carers that understand what it really means to be a Berkeley Home Health Carer.

Our own live in training facility means that our trainees live and bond together, share experiences and form a lasting relationship that forms the fabric of a cohesive and motivated team.

We also ensure we get to know our carers on a personal level and continually manage progress and develop skills.
