A dedicated housekeeping team provides a thorough weekly cleaning of your dwelling, alongside upkeeping all communal areas. The Court is run by friendly 24-hour staff who are responsible for ensuring the safety of all Owners, as well as overseeing the smooth day-to-day functions of the property.

Ashby Court is local to numerous amenities and a host of days out: a small newsagent is just across the road, and the nearest supermarket is Asda, which is a short walk away. You are conveniently located approximately 1 mile from Hinckley Centre, home to shops such as Sainsburys, Tesco, TK Maxx, Boots, alongside many independent stores and cafés to discover. We aim to be transparent about our charges. A monthly service charge covers the costs of the services we provide and includes one and a half hours of domestic assistance per week. A transfer premium of up to 3% of the sales price is payable to us when a property is sold. This covers the costs of our estate agency services – there is no additional charge for these.
