Meet The Manager

Claire Allott is Manager at Alderson House.

Starting my career in 2000, I balanced professional growth with raising a family, honing essential skills in organization and resilience. Since relocating to Driffield, I have progressed through various roles at Glenfields Care Home Limited. Beginning as a Domestic Assistant in 2019, I moved into caregiving and subsequently became a Senior Carer, managing shifts and leading team support.

My career continued to evolve as a Deputy Manager, where I oversaw staff supervision, compliance, and daily operations. Following a brief break, I returned to Alderson House in 2025 as Joint Care Home Manager. In this role, I share responsibility for leadership, service performance, and regulatory compliance to ensure high-quality care delivery.

I hold NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Adult Social Care, providing a solid foundation in safeguarding and person-centered practice. I am dedicated to professional development and delivering compassionate, high-standard service to all residents.
