We specialise in the care of those living with different forms of dementia, and varying mental health conditions. Our home aims to provide a high standard of care in a relaxed, friendly and warm environment. We ensure that residents continue to enjoy their freedom and lifestyle of choice, while receiving care that's appropriate to their needs
We uphold a philosophy of person-centred care, and ensure the individual's needs, wishes and dignity are respected at all times. Our countryside location provides the perfect setting for our residents to spend time outdoors if they wish. There are walks around our grounds, and a beautiful garden that has been designed especially for people living with dementia. 
Family members and friends are welcome to visit as often as they'd like. It's important to us that you're as comfortable with your loved one's new home as they are. Choosing a care home is a big decision, but we will be with your family every step of the way.

We have a male-only specialist part of our home, which is called Bretby View.

It is important for our residents to retain choice over the meals they eat, and we provide a varied menu each day. Snacks are available throughout the day, and we are always happy to provide a particular meal should a resident desires it.

Nutrition plays a huge part in our residents' health and wellbeing, and we are considerate of nutritional requirements and hydration at all times.

Our Pets

We have three guinea pigs in our enclosed courtyard garden. Residents love to watch them, and to hold and groom them. They provide companionship, and help to calm and entertain staff and residents. We also love to feed the birds, and welcome all kinds of species into our grounds.
